Horrible hospitality!!!! DON'T Stay here!

They did not have a spot for my Uhaul or car transporter, yet had a semi parked there and staying there, even though signs prohibited and won't not let me do the same, and refused to give me back my money seeing I did not cancel 24 hours in advance. I could not cancel 24 hours in advanced because I had no clue no trucks or trailers/semis to park there; even though they allowed one, just not a Uhaul with 2 disabled women, an oxygen concentrator, etc. The lady behind the desk was rude and her words were, "he won't care." When asked for corporate phone number they gave me reservations customer service and not corporate. Refused to help me in anyway.
