Dog friendly on the patio
Great Outdoors Supper ClubWe have eaten here several times with our dog. The patio is nice enough. They allow dogs but don’t offer water like other places do. That said the food is very good and we love being able to bring our pet so we are happy to bring our own water.

Ate here twice - very pet friendly
Third Coast Spice CafeDuring a recent trip to Chesterton we had breakfast here twice. Patio chairs outside are dog friendly. We were offered water for our dog and she was welcomed warmly. Tristen (sp?) was a wonderful waitress both days. Definitely recommend this restaurant with or without pets!

Very nice pet friendly patio
Craft HouseWe had dinner here one night. There is a very nice covered patio which is safe for the pets. There were 4 dogs there when we dined. We were offered water and had great service. Food was very good and would go back.

Best Burger!
Chesterton BreweryWe had dinner here during a serious heat wave. Our pet was welcomed and offered water even though this meant the waitress had to take care of us at the outside tables. We were only ones dining outside because of the extreme heat. This was the best burger I’ve had in a Long time and the beers were good also! Definitely recommend trying the place out.

Had breakfast here twice
Joe's BreadPatio is dog friendly. Had cappuccinos and a chocolate croissant each day. One day had an omelette and it was so fresh and delicious.

Perfect for Dogs and Wine Lovers
Running Vines WineryWent here on a day when the feels like temp was 116 - and thought we would need to be on the patio. Were told we could go inside with our small (9 lb dog). Had a bottle of wine and split a pizza. They also had a trivia event. Definitely recommend this place!

Here Twice - Would Recommend
Quaker Steak & LubeWe stayed in Portage for 2 nights and ate here both times. Food is good, patio is okay. I would say how dog friendly they are depends on the staff. First night they didn’t seem thrilled (patio was very empty) but 2nd night we were brought a nice bowl of water (I requested it). In Portage there didn’t seem to be many dog friendly options and we didn’t want to drive far.

Dog Friendly
SoLu Estate Winery & MeaderyDogs are allowed here. The owners also have their own dogs roaming about. Only giving it 3 stars as dogs are welcome but there is nothing special for them - bring your own water etc. That said if you want to enjoy music, food and drink with your dog I highly recommend a stop here.

Truly Dog Friendly and Beautiful Patio
Kitty O'Reilly's Irish PubThey offered us a water bowl and gave a milk bone with the bill. Great patio and food. Will visit again when in the area.
