Had lunch at a large, dog friendly deck overlooking the Birch Bay waterfront. The service was fast and friendly, and I'd definitely recommend the crab cakes or fish and chips. The deck has glass railings so the pup could people watch while we ate, and some tables have sun/rain shades for days with less friendly weather.
