Looking for an Adirondack destination to spend a lazy summer afternoon? Take a drive to Paradox brewery. The staff was warm and welcoming to both K9s and humans. Food was delicious (particularly the Lobster Rolls) and the beer (their pilsner) was fresh and cold.
