The hotel was previously an Econo Lodge and was recently purchased by the IHG Group according to the reception desk. Renovations coming soon, but 2 bones until then.

Easy on and off the highway. Clean room at a budget rate. Location location location.

Fantastic patio and excellent food. Had BBQ sandwiches and our pup had the chicken breast from the skinny menu on the last page of the menu. Awesome.

Stopped by on a road trip south with our terrier mix Mack. I had the pork sandwich combo and my wife got the Bull Dog. Our outdoor table was as clean, food was great, and the pink lemonade was a real hit.

Stopped by with our small dog for dinner in late summer. Had crab cake appetizer and Forager pizza. both super delicious and our dog had a pizza bone. our friendly waiter brought our dog a water bowl. Super spacious patio - great setting.

Had a chance to try some WV hot dogs on the patio at The Asylum. Can I say “insanely” good? We even ordered a burger from the kids menu for our dog. How crazy is that? Nice, spacious patio.
