Tumbleweed MotelClose to highway. Basic and okay for one night. Owners on site. Some permanent residents there. Smelled musty. Fridge and microwave were not plugged in. Hair (not mine) in the shower. No green space on the properly for dogs.

Days Inn by Wyndham EdmundstonFairly rural but close to the main roads. Some green space to walk your dogs. I booked late for wasn’t able to get a main floor room but they do have direct access to outside. The continental breakfast was excellent! Definitely recommend!

Atlantica Hotel HalifaxLarge park across the street (might not visit there after dark though). Very modern design. Nest soaps.
Be advised that underground parking is an additional $23/night. Oddly no trash bin. The windows didn’t open so it was a bit musty smelling.

The Mountain View Motel & CottagesFriendly staff. Great spot if you want a basic place to crash. Wifi only connected closer to the main area. Restaurant on site. Nor much in the way of grocery stores to buy food. No fridge or microwave in the room. Green space to walk your dog. walking distance or short drive to the beach. Close to trails.
