High rates for low quality

I don't normally do reviews, but the second I walked into our room I was immediately disappointed. Things were coming off the walls, fixtures were missing, things literally repaired with packing tape or duct tape, water on the floor under the AC, no sheets for the pull-out bed. At the very least, their pet policy is 50 lb limit per pet as advertised on their website, but they didn't ask or check.
