Phelan

This is a wonderful place! The patio area was spacious and enclosed. We had bikejored there and were able to bring our bikes back with us. We were the only ones dining outside that day, so the dogs were able to have a bit more freedom, too. The staff were very sweet and brought the dogs both water and treats. The food was delicious. I got the shepherd's pie and shared a bit with the dogs. :] Also, the chocolate mousse was amazing. I probably could have eaten three more of them, lol.
