Staff is compassionate, accommodating

We ended up staying 2 nights due to a plane issue, but this is the most convenient and easily accessible hotel that I have ever stayed in. A quick ride on the train if you’re in another terminal. The staff at this location went above and beyond to help my load and unload my dog and her heavy kennel, show me where their animal relief area is, and Josh genuinely were so kind and quick to offer assistance when needed. 10/10 would stay here again with my 40 lb dog in a heartbeat
