No respect

Despite my wife having stayed here semi annually with our kids and friends since the 90s our request to check dogs in before the late hour of 4pm was denied despite offering to pay more. Upon arrival at 8:30 pm we entered a ghost town with less than 15 cars in the lot then were inexplicably put next to the only occupied dog room in an otherwise empty wing. During off season we cant comprehend why our simple request to come at 2pm was denied. Also no heat on in room despite temperatures barely above freezing. Also tried to cancel or get credit for future stay in advance upon learning of 4 pm check-in. Meanwhile at the lowly Best Western in Hyannis and other hotels early check-in was granted to all others in our party. Looks like we made the wrong choice out of loyalty and positive past experiences.
