Great Location For Dog Walkinf

There is a long paved trail that is great for walking with dogs. There are little mile markers so you can easily keep track of how far you’d like to walk and where you want to turn back. There aren’t any trash cans or restrooms on the trail (at least when I went) but overall a great place to walk. If your dog is spooked easily, there is a shooting range nearby so you can hear shots in the distance but they are very faint.

Great Location For Dog Walking

Maybury State Park

Maybury State Park has an long paved trail that is frequently populated by walkers, bicyclists, and pets on good days. If you are feeling really adventurous and there are also many hiking trails that provide some great scenery to enjoy while walking. Just beware of muddy areas if it has recently rained. There are a few trash cans along the paved trail to dispose of waste bags as well as a few options for restrooms if needed. Overall one of our favorite places to walk!
