Damp room
Quality Inn Fort Payne I-59 Exit 222The hotel staff was very nice but the room was very damp feeling the entire three nights which made for a very uncomfortable stay.
Hot Dog place
Grumpy DogWe stopped in on our way home from vacation and found this quaint little pet-friendly place. Don't let the name fool you; the owner and employees very kind and pet friendly.
Great, food, service, and atmosphere!
Jaco's Bayfront Bar & GrilleWe tried this restaurant after a trail hike with our fur baby. With our water a waterbowl for our pup also came. We were thrilled with the entire experience. We got chilled where we were sitting and without saying a word to our waitress she offer to move us to a heated area. We split the tender blu flatbread, calamari trio and the fried oreos... OMG! All delicious! About halfway through the meal a local guy Mr. Daigle (89 yrs old) asked to sit with us and trade stories... such a fun guy. We will return!!!
Lunch with Calvin
BabaluWe took our boy for lunch. We were greeted by Ryan who brought a bottle of water for our pup and drinks for us... Really nice guy. We ordered 5 different tacos to share along with chips and queso. Our favorite of the tacos were the shrimp and ahi tuna. The patio was covered with standing fans at both ends. Overall great experience. When we are back in town we will return to this place.
Fantastic Stay!
La Quinta by Wyndham Pigeon ForgeFrom the moment we walked in the door they were fantastic. They seemed thrilled to have us visiting! The dog walking area is perfectly located with bags and deposit. Not to mention the room was perfect for a few days stay! Will stay again!
