Confirmed Dump

When we checked out we were told that we had been given the worst room (no kidding!) because we had a dog! Seriously. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Lights didn’t work. The place has long term residents and is a very crappy place. We will never stay here again and would advise others to give it a wide berth!

Great Location

Red Roof Inn and Suites Herkimer

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. They didn’t downgrade our room because we had a pet. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!
