Staff can be inconsistent these days. Many people don’t like their jobs, but the staff at the Bluffton Holiday Inn Express was great! Consistently friendly and accommodating, they offered dog biscuits. Walking areas were plentiful and there was some great walking opportunities if your fur babies need to stretch their legs. The pool area was clean, coffee was always available. We will be back!
