The rooms at Hunter Lodge are comfortable and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the mountain and a door that led directly to the outdoors where there was a game area, fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a dog walk - all with a view of the mountain. Public areas are tastefully decorated and they provide a free breakfast. The only reason for 4 bones - the parking lot and entrance need major improvement, and there was no elevator. Otherwise a very affordable mountain retreat compared to others in the area.
