friendliest cafe with amazing coffee
Coal Yard Coffeewonderful place! had a delicious vegan burrito and an Aztec coffee, banana milkshake, and a bagel. super friendly staff and lovely welcoming atmosphere.
Not friendly, to humans or dogs
The Station On Ingersolltried to eat here for lunch…woman at the bar started shaking her head no as soon as we walked in and scowled at me as I politely asked if we could sit outside on the patio with our dog. she sighs, rolls her eyes, and grumbles I guess so but you can’t walk through (5 feet to patio door). then I asked to use the restroom, more eye rolling, it’s still being cleaned. so I said actually we will find somewhere else to eat since having customers seems to really be ruining your day.
Shocked by other reviews
Badlands National Parkdogs are only allowed in your car and in parking lots…I would not call that dog friendly…maybe if you only came to the Badlands to drive around but I’d like to hike with my dog and at least go on a boardwalk to a cliff edge…huge no pets signs everywhere means not dog friendly at all!
Great view of the falls!
Sioux Falls Overlook Cafewe stopped in for lunch with our dog, indoor and outdoor seating. had an ultimate grilled cheese and a meatloaf panini. $10 for a sandwich is a little steep in my opinion but it was very good - really fresh pesto! Nice view of the falls from the terrace.
