Quiet spot for anxious dog!

We stopped by on our journey for lunch with our new rescue pup who was super anxious of new people. The beer garden out the back is big, grassy and plenty of shade and seating. There is a creek at the side of the beer garden and access down to it. We went on a Tuesday at 2pm (they open at 2pm) and it was empty to perfect for our anxious pup. The humans had food (appetisers only outside but the selection is good and food was delicious) and a beer and the pup had plenty of sniffs.

Friendly staff and a good nights sleep!

My Place Hotel Rapid City

We stayed here for one night on a road trip, it was easy to get to and not expensive. There was a small fee for our dog not being a service animal. There are a few tables and a fire pit out the front, we took two chairs and sat out on the grass outside the front with our dog and drank some
beers while the sun went down (no bar but liquor store next door). Perfect for a little stopover.
