There were these amazing black cows in a field just next to the parking lot. My pugs enjoyed staring at them! Super friendly staff and very quiet stay.

Elevator to 3rd floor broke overnight so I was not able to get my dog crates and such back downstairs. It was a nightmare. After checking out and after that ordeal, (with sweat pouring down … I’m almost a senior citizen and no staff was available to help me despite workers standing around talking), when I asked if they had a restroom in the lobby so I could get some water I was rudely informed that “It’s not for the public.” I said “but I’m a customer?” She said “sorry.” I saw the sink behind the counter and asked if she could fill my cup and she said “no, sorry.” I’ve never experienced such poor customer care in over 60 years. The bed was like a cot that was high off the ground. Very uncomfortable. No coffee. No hair dryer.

They charged me for an extra room which I did not reserve. They would not reimburse. Now I don’t have enough money on my card for gas to get home.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this campground. The cabin was right next to the bath house and both were impeccably clean. It was such a well-maintained campground, from roads, to clean baths, to signs and landscaping. And quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful and KIND. After a horrible experience recently at the KOA campground in Nashville, TN, I felt like there was hope in this world after all. Thank you for your care you put into your business, Fair Harbor RV Park and Campground and for being dog friendly.

Wonderful experience. Ease of elevator to potty dogs. Dog station outside too. Fabulous stay with my pugs!
