great facility in the QCA
Crow Creek Dog ParkHuge, fenced in, entry gates at top & bottom of hill, benches (and picnic tables but maybe don’t bring human food into a dog park?), shade, and a separate section for smaller pups. portapotty for humans too!
hidden gem
Open Rangethis place flies under the radar but it’s so legit we went twice in 24 hours. jenny & her crew were very accommodating for us when it was blazing hot to make sure tuna was okay. it was too windy to put up the umbrellas on the patio but we were cool and hydrated. bonus: their food & beer is excellent for humans!
Nearly perfect!
The Marquette HotelWe’ll be back. Contact-free check-in, spotless, cool corner of Madison & super simple. We ordered breakfast ahead of time for room service and they had fresh out of the oven complimentary doggie treats delivered with a smile. No carpets on the floors felt cleaner but made for more noise — and there were loud people upstairs (not the hotel’s fault of course). We’ll be back.
not fully fenced!
Dog Park at Warner Parkjust to be clear— the water is considered the barrier on one half of the park. the rest is fenced and they have a smaller fully-fenced area for smaller & older pups.
