Pawsome suite and customer service! Since this review we have come back and stayed once again and already have reservations to come back again. We are in the middle of a move and this has become our home away from home. Wish I could take home the bedding and bed! The pillows, bed, and linens are so comfortable. I have never slept a well.

Jay is always welcoming for us and our dog Thumper. Great lighting in the parking lot for when I need to take Thumper out for a bathroom break .the jetted tub room has a separate bathroom that has a toilet and bath/shower combo. The room has two ac/heater units as well and a separate sitting area with a large screen Smart TV. It is adjustable to also face the luxury king sized bed. Also there is a fridge/freezer and a kitchen sink and cupboards. The microwave works well and so does the coffee maker. Room has a hairdryer and is very clean!

They have relatively clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. We come here each trip between FL and NE.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location. Only downside was they wanted $50 “incidental fee” on top of the pet fee. Granted the incidental fee is just preauthorized and only charged if there is damage but I paid more in fees upfront than I paid for the room. Luckily the incidental won’t be a charge but it’s the idea.

I love that I was able to get a refundable pet deposit after they saw that my little mini weenie didn’t misbehave and ruin anything in the room (which I knew he would not). The room was clean but had a few flaws that I did point out so I would not get blamed. A quiet and nice stay for the price and location.

It was great to be able to boat in with my pup and have him in the par. Sadly, no dogs not allowed on the beach and no dog beach section like at Honeymoon Island. But it is a great place to boat and camp overnight on your boat!
