Visited the dog park while in the area so the pup could stretch his legs. Beautiful park with tennis balls, water and agility course. No other dogs there at the time of our visit. Great Mountain Views

Our dog had so much fun at this dog park! Great view of the slopes on Beech Mountain from here.

Went on Xmas & our big dog had so much fun! All the other dogs were well behaved & owners were very nice/friendly. Had fun w/a few obstacles too. And there was a playground for our kid too which was a nice bonus. No water since it’s winter time but we brought our own.

I love this dog park! Great size areas for both small and large dogs. Water hose provided in warmer months (after freezing weather is over). Obstacle/agility courses in both small and large area. Chairs and benches in the parks.
This is a FREE dog park. - WilderFeb 22, 2021beautiful park, unfriendly dogs
me and my partner went here with our dogs and it’s a really beautiful dog park, but we ran into quite a few aggressive or unfriendly dogs. just gonna throw this out there

Talk about a winter wonderland! We brought our two Tamaskan pups. They loved it! Lots of space, good watering area, plenty of poop bags. Nice and clean.

Amazing little getaway for you and your fur family members. Loved the views and the bark park. Our dogs and we met very friendly pups and people to spend time with. The only negative, constructions around, and the field was not cut, which is why I gave four stars.

As a resort area, we have a number of dog owners passing thru. I had heard from local owners that they had problems with aggressive dogs, unvaccinated dogs and rude owners. Experienced that, and as a warning, go during non-peak hours. Evenings are the worst.

This was a great find in Beech Mountain. It was a little hard to find but only because it was a foggy day. Heading up the hill (NC184) take the first right past the Pizzeria and head straight up the gravel road. The park was clean and well-maintained and had what looks to be relatively new agility equipment. Plenty of room to throw a ball. Will have to go back on a sunny day to enjoy the views!

This is a beautiful dog park! Secure gates, toys, water, large/small dogs separate enclosures and a great view.
Unfortunately we were the only people there. No dogs to play with. So we drove down to Banner Elk yo their dog park. The facility isn't as nice....but lots more dogs! - CarynMore than a year agoBark Park Rules
The Beech Mountain Bark Park is amazing. Beautiful mountain views for the humans and lots of room to roam for the dogs. Weather is always wonderful and there are shaded areas as well as open areas. Water, pool, toys, anything you need for everyone to enjoy your time and wear out the pooch!
