Fort Mose Historic State Park

Dogs are welcome at the pet-friendly Fort Mose Historic State Park in St. Augustine, the original site of an 18th-century fort that was discovered on an archaeological dig. Although pooches aren't allowed inside the museum, Fort Mose's boardwalks are a great place for Fido to get much needed exercise. There's also a large area of open space behind the museum for your dog to enjoy. Make sure you keep your dog on a leash under six feet for the duration of their stay.
