The Barking Lot at the corner of Main and Jefferson in Downtown Memphis is pet-friendly. It's a fenced-in area where you can take Fido for a bathroom break, and bags are provided. Horrible
Dirty park, no one cleans up after dog, glass all over, runs out of bags, service master doesn’t care about this place aside from putting their name as a “sponsor”. Good for quick bathroom break, but that’s all.
