Pet Friendly Fort Foster Park
Fort Foster Park Located on Gerrish Island in Kittery Point, Fort Foster Park offers three small but sandy beaches, an extensive trail system, restroom facilities in season, picnic areas, and old military fortifications to explore. The park features an excellent view of the entrance to Portsmouth Harbor, including Whaleback Light, Portsmouth Harbor Light and Fort Constitution. The park is open from 10am to 8pm seven days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Purchase season and day passes directly from their website. See Details
Pet Friendly Seapoint Beach
Seapoint Beach Locals love to bring their dogs to play at this rocky, pet-friendly beach. Kittery resident parking only. Dogs are not welcome between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from June 15th through September 10th. See Details
Gooch's Beach Gooch's Beach is pet-friendly: From June 15 to Labor Day, dogs are welcome before 9am and after 5pm under voice control or on a leash. From the day after Labor Day to June 14, dogs are permitted on the beach at any time, but must be under voice control or on a leash. See Details

Plum Island Beach Plum Island Beach in Newburyport, MA, is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on the beach without a leash from October 15th to May 15th. Unfortunately, pups are never allowed on the Plum Island Refuge. The off- leash section of the beach is by the lighthouse and Captain's Lady. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 15th through October 15th. There is a parking fee.
