Pet Friendly TECT All Terrain Park Dog Park
TECT All Terrain Park Dog Park The new Off-Leash Dog Exercise Area was officially opened by Western Bay of Plenty Mayor Paterson and Tauranga City Council Mayor Crosby on Saturday 26 September 2015. This is located to the right hand side of the mountain biking car park.

The area of about 1 hectare, is fully fenced and is suitable for ALL types and sizes of dogs, over the age of 4 months.

The following rules apply:

Park hours apply to this area Owners should carry a leash at all times Dogs and children must be accompanied by an adult Please do not bring food or cigarettes into the area This is no place for a dog under 4 months of age Owners must clean up after their dogs Please keep female dogs in heat, at home Dogs must be under VOICE CONTROL Dogs should be registered (and muzzled, if required by the Animal Control Act)

Otari-Wilton's Bush Otari-Wilton's Bush is New Zealand's most significant native botanic gardens and Wellington's largest area of original native forest. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is free to enter. This website aims to provide you with all the information you need to appreciate this natural resource to its fullest. Otari-Wilton's Bush is only 5 kilometers from downtown Wellington. You can easily get there by car, bus, bicycle or on foot. Within the reserve, only foot traffic, wheel chairs and prams are allowed. Port Melbourne Dog Beach Bring Fido to this dog beach located between Port Melbourne Yacht Club and Lagoon Pier. Dogs love running off-leash on the sand and taking refreshing swims in the water. Dogs should be under voice control and owners must clean up after their pets and carry waste bags with them. See Details
Lyall Bay Beach Lyall Bay beach has a dog-exercise area available (off lead) all day. It's a great area to socialise your dog any time of the day with the other dogs playing on the beach.

There's a great walk between the end of Seatoun beach, just past the children's playground (the other parts of the beach next to Marine Parade have certain hours only for dogs) and follow the path all the way around to Breaker Bay beach. Dogs can be off lead. The beaches are fabulous and you can even walk back over the mountain back to Seatoun if you're feeling energetic (follow the path)!

Brighton Dog Beach Also known as Sandown Street Dog Beach, this beach park is a dog's dream. Dogs are welcome to run, swim, and play off-leash. Please pick up after your dogs. See Details
Harry Noble Reserve Dogs are allowed off-leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the playground. Harry Noble Reserve includes a fenced playground, netball rings as well as picnic and barbecue areas.

The neighboring Erskineville Oval is available for hire. Public toilets are available.

Radley Park Radley Park was the first known dog agility course in New Zealand. The park is unfenced and offers six agility obstacles. Open all day. See Details
Te Puna Quarry Park Dogs are allowed to visit the park, but they must be kept on a lead at all times and owners should be prepared to remove any doggy doos. The circular track takes about 45 minutes to walk, but if you like exploring you could spend twice as long and still not see it all. See Details
Little Mountain Common Dog Park Bring Fido to the Little Mountain Common Dog Park to play. The Dog Park is fenced-in and features agility equipment, trash cans, and grassy space. Dogs must be kept on a lead until they are inside Little Mountain Common Dog Park, and dog owners must pick up after their pet. See Details
Warrigal Dog Run Warrigal Dog Run in Bungarribee Park is the largest fenced dog park in Sydney. The run is a local favorite, boasting open green fields and shady spots for owners to hang out. Take a walk on the trails outside the fenced area afterwards, too. See Details
St. Kilda Dog Beach Bring Fido to this dog beach located in St. Kilda along Pier Road to the drainage channel at the northwest end of Pier Rd and between Brooks Jetty and the northern end of the car park towards St. Kilda Marina. Dogs love running off-leash on the sand and taking refreshing swims in the water. Dogs should be under voice control and owners must clean up after their pets and have waste bags with them. Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens The Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens in Daylesford, Victoria, Australia are stunning gardens that were built on an extinct volcano in the mid 1850s. Dogs are welcome on a leash, there is a cafe that welcomes dogs in the outside area. See Details

Bungarribee Park Bungarribee Park is pet-friendly. Located on 200-hectares of land featuring wide-open scenic space and two sealed tracks, the Heart Crossing Loop and the Bungaribee Trail. The Warrigal Dog Run, playground with climbing tower, slides, a flying fox, swings and water play equipment are also found in the park. Dogs are welcome to wander off-leash, as long as they are under voice control and don't disturb other park users and wildlife. See Details
Black's Beach Blacks Beach in Mackay is 6 km long with flat hard sand to walk on with gorgeous island views. Shady in the afternoons. Also Bluewater Trail around the city river area makes for a lovely walk with leashed dogs. See Details
