Dog N Dine

Join Team Momo and Vanessa Rose Cumberford as we fundraise for the Kansas City Care Clinic and Great Plains SPCA! Your dog(s) are welcome to dine with you and enjoy the fundraiser at The Westside Local on Monday, July 14th, from 6-8pm. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, so full access inside and outside in their beer garden is open to patrons of this event. All are welcome, so feel free to bring a friend or furry companion or two or six. Complimentary appetizers will be provided by The Westside Local; Alcohol and drinks will be available for purchase. Colors Macarons will provide complimentary macacrons, and Brookside Barkery and Bath will provide treats for your pooches. The Barkery will also have some items available for purchase. Donations are gratefully accepted. All money raised will go toward providing basic heath care services to both people and animals. The partnership organizations are equal beneficiaries of all proceeds. Great Plains SPCA and the Clinic came together understanding that both people and pets need and deserve community support, and that people who can't afford their own health care probably can't afford to properly take care of their pets. Healthy people have better, more productive lives; healthy animals make better pets. Pets help make people healthy through the immeasurable value of their companionship. Official voting for the Fuzzy Fotos KC winner will begin July 1st at 10am and will end on First Friday, August 1st, at the Cashew for the wrap up party and winner announcement.
