Dress up your pooch in his or her spookiest costume and enjoy a hair-raisingly fun afternoon at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter!
Parade around the municipal complex begins at 2pm
- FREE parade and contest registration from 1:30pm-2pm
- Doggie costume contest
- Trick-AND-treating for pups
- Handcrafted items and more for sale
- Special prize for the dog who comes with the best dressed human
