Description
This is a jam-packed rescue event celebrating the Hindu festival of lights called Tihar. One of the practices during Tihar is to celebrate and pamper DOGS so stop by and Fido will get some cookies & scanned for a microchip. If there's no microchip, they can get one! Pit bulls chipped for free, other dogs $15.
