Easter B'egg Festival

PETS, Inc., The Carolinas Humane Society will hold its 3rd Annual Easter B'egg Festival on Saturday, April 16 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at PETS Inc. Adoption Center in West Columbia. Games include Easter B’egg Toss, where hundreds of tennis balls marked with prizes valued between $10 and $500 are placed in a fenced field. For $10 a toss, owners are given a signature ball to toss in a field of balls marked with numbers to corresponding prizes. Every toss wins a prize! Other fun games will be held throughout the day providing fun for dog owners and certainly fun for their dogs…particularly Hotdog Buckets of Fun! In this game, dogs dunk their heads into a bucket of water to lap up as many hotdog slices as they can wolf down! The day will be filled with great music from various local artists. Concessions will include hotdogs and hamburger with, of course, vegetarian options! Festival goers will have an opportunity to purchase items from the bake sale which will benefit shelter dogs and cats waiting to be adopted and shop at the various vendor booths with wonderful art, crafts, and collectables. As in the past, a professional photographer will also be on hand to capture the perfect moment of your pet with the Easter Bunny for only $10.
