    Absolutely OFFENDED.

I came to this event so thrilled for my puppy to come and have some fall fun! After purchasing our tickets I emailed them in regards to puppies being spayed or neutered, unfortunately no one responded. I not only emailed them once but I did it twice, even the day prior to the event. I explained I was coming from out of state so I didn’t want to run into any issues, what happened? No reply. After a two hour drive to get here, we finally walk in and go to the first option which was the dog ball pit. We kept in eye on our dog obviously because we know how he can be and he doesn’t know any better since he is still a puppy, what were we told? We have to get out of here because he isn’t neutered. That already bothered me, but I didn’t mind. I kept on with the rest of the events, as we were walking I felt someone following us. Yes, someone followed us literally throughout the ENTIRE event making me feel extremely offended and uncomfortable, little do they know he’s my service dog. After trying to do other activities we just became irritated and upset because your security kept following us. Discrimination?! I think so! Once we decided to just leave, I made it my business to go and let the security team know if they do plan to follow people try to do it discreetly so those who’ve paid their way to come in don’t feel offended. I not only paid to come in, paid tolls, took an extremely long ride to get here but to be here for not even 30 minutes and feel uncomfortable the whole time. The security tried to deny following us but that’s complete b.s. especially cause I literally saw the same person every time I turned around. NOT ONE person had a problem with my dog but yet the security team did, he did nothing to any dog, not bite, not jump, NOTHING. This will be the last time I ever come to an event like this especially if you people don’t know how to train your security team properly. Try next time to NOT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND ANSWER QUESTIONS TO AVOID THESE ISSUES!
