Description
BringFido to the Boulder in the Tree Hike
2 miles, rating: Rugged, 1.5 hours long
Meet at the Nature Center then carpool to the trailhead. This hike will take a short distance down Horse Trail A before trekking off trail towards one of the most beautiful places in the park. The distance for this hike is approx. 2 miles round trip and will last about 1.5 hours. This hike is a bit rugged so be sure to dress for the weather, and bring those hiking boots as you will be heading off trail for the majority of the hike.
Dogs are welcome, but must be on a 6ft. leash and get along well with other dogs and humans alike.
All hikes meet at the Nature Center where there will be short introduction, then carpool to the start location each hike. Hikes are rain or shine and will only be cancelled in extreme conditions.
