Description
Leashed dogs are welcome on the boardwalk for this fun event! Activities will include dog-specific vendors, photo-ops, Halloween costume contests and, of course, the costume parade! Parade registration begins at 2:00 PM at the Sports & Civic Center and the parade starts at 3:00 PM.
