Doggie & Me Yoga and Acupressure

Re-center yourself with your pup for a unique and relaxing experience! This special event combines the benefits of yoga and acupressure to promote relaxation, bonding, and overall wellness for both you and your dog. The first 15 minutes will be led by our Nationally Certified Animal Acupressure Practitioner. You’ll learn to locate and massage specific acupressure points to help calm and relax your dog. The next 30 minutes will be a fun, interactive yoga session taught by our experienced yoga instructor. You and your dog will enjoy doing poses together, enhancing your bond and promoting mutual relaxation.
