Meet adoptable pets from BrightSide Animal Center, Cascade Canine Rescue, and Street Paws Rescue, and bring your leashed, well-behaved pups to join the festivities. Enjoy a kids and pet costume contest, a coloring contest, local vendors and raffles, a fall-themed photo booth, and massive storewide discounts.
