I am looking to move to Chicago in the near future. My pet, an adopted street dog, has a very thing coat of fur, as the city I live in is fairly warm during the year. Even the winter temperature never drops below 12 C (i.e. 54 F)! If I take her along, will she survive the harsh winters of Chicago?? Pls help! Any information, instances of similar shifts will help.
