It was a good for an overnight stay. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The room was small and like previous comments the furniture needs updating. The shower needs more water pressure and the shower floor needs replacing. The breakfast was good. I asked for a receipt and all I got was blank paper with no room price. When I asked her about it she said she could not print one out.

The only positive was a comfortable bed. The walls are very thin so we heard everything from neighbors. Neighbors were smoking something and loud into the night. Room was overall shabby with broken toilet handle, peeling paint and signs of previous water damage. The staff was pleasant at check-in and even waived the pet fee. It was late and we'd been driving 13 hours so we just wanted to crash which is why we didn't ask to be moved.

Receptionist very pleasant. Room had a filthy floor. TV didn't work. Had shampoo & conditioner but NO soap.

We arrived quite late at night, and the entrance was a bit hard to find since I'm not familiar with the area. The beds were quite comfortable but the room was chilly (even with the heat turned up all the way) and there were no extra blankets. The room was small but had everything we needed.

Basic, decent. Exterior corridors. Waite Street, a block over, is a pleasant shaded lane, that is accessible by a trail through the meadow from the small gravel truck parking lot adjacent to the motel, as well as from Cedar Street, making a nice loop.

Clean, quiet, close to restaurants, and ample areas to walk our dog.

No place for dogs to go potty...no grass anywhere. Room was just fine, but a little cramped with some of the furniture that might not need to be there. For the price in this area, it was no frills but felt clean and was certainly comfortable enough for a good night’s rest on a long road trip with a big dog!
