Heavenly Inn welcomes dogs up to 50 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $35 per night, and dogs 51 to 75 lbs for $50 per night. All pet-friendly rooms are located on the ground floor. Suites are not pet friendly. Crated dogs may be left unattended in rooms. Sorry, no cats. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

    Location was great

    Location was great. But was disappointed in the room cleanliness - food & dirt plus fuzz on the floor. The hand & bath towels were dingy & stained. I will not stay at Heavenly Inn again & I will tell my family & friends not to either.

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    The staff was terrible, and very unhelpful. They run their business on lies and false marketing. I brought my dog who is 48 pounds (we only chose the Heavenly inn for the $35 pet fee). I check in and the woman asks me my dog’s weight, I say it was 48 and she charges me $50 on top of a $150 deposit. I question the charge and she hands me a piece of paper that says all dogs 11-49 pound are $35 and dogs over 50 pounds are $50…. She scratches out the 49 and changes it 45, and said that’s the policy!!! (Will post the photo evidence on Yelp)..

    This is so BEYOND upsetting and both of the front desk women couldn’t come up with a definite answer to why they charged me extra. They kept blaming bringfido and kept throwing names out like, “I tried to email bringfido to let them know.” Yeah…. Right. “I emailed Brandon, the booking agent.” Like who is that?! Can’t you just follow through on what you’re advertising?!

    The next morning I asked when I could expect the deposit back and she said, “around 2:00 pm and 3-5 business days.” WHAT THE??? Stay away. Stay far far away.

    TLDR: Don’t stay here, they are false advertising scam artists. The price might seem appealing but due to the terrible staff and hidden fees, I would never stay here or recommend it to any one who has a dog.

    Great Location

    Stayed here with my bf and pup for two nights. The King Suite was good size, included a jet bath tub and had hard wood/tile throughout which was good for our pup. We have a big crate and it was easy to find a spot for it. This location is great, walking distance to Heavenly Village and close to the private lake access. Pet fee is $35 on top of nightly fee. Free parking and was easy to find a spot. There’s grass across the street for your pup to go potty but not on the property.

    Ya I’ll Stay Here Every time

    This place is super close to the beach and was super accommodating for our pet. Thanks for the HEAVENLY stay!

    Wonderful, spacious dog-friendly room

    Walk down the road less than a block to an open (bowl) field or walk your pups on the grass between the street and sidewalk. Awesome staff!!
