Lovely accommodations & staff was so friendly & helpful. Love that the room & lobby furniture fit the hotel’s period of origin.

There was a poop streak on our toilet bowl in our room. We arrived late after a 15 hr drive. It was a virtual check-in so the front desk wasn’t attended. Too tired to address it that night. In the morning, just an "I’m sorry." No offer for a room rate adjustment or refund. Stained wash cloths. Out of sausage at breakfast bar 45 mins after opening & a sorry we don’t have any more.

Quiet setting for sleep despite the close proximity to the interstate.

The staff was very friendly. Room was spacious & clean. Loved that there was a full size fridge with freezer plus a dishwasher, plus plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses & silverware! Definitely will stay again when I am in the area!!

The room was 2 to 3 times the size of a regular room. My dog, Lola, had lots of room to run around!!! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. There was some remodeling going on in the room but it did not affect our stay. Rm 246 was awesome!

Quiet setting but close to many restaurants & activities in Gig Harbor. Spacious, clean rooms. Could not hear any other guests. It was like I had my own private hotel!

It was a perfect hotel for my dog, Lola, & I. Even though it was less than a block off the Main Street, we never heard any traffic noise the minute we stepped into the room. The desk clerk was very pleasant & helpful.

The staff was so friendly & welcoming from the moment I checked in. My room with a queen bed was so spacious & clean. Very quiet & relaxing. I am so looking forward to my next stay!!

Loved the laminated flooring. Was a clean & comfortable room. Liked that there were 2 pools to choose from.

Location was great. But was disappointed in the room cleanliness - food & dirt plus fuzz on the floor. The hand & bath towels were dingy & stained. I will not stay at Heavenly Inn again & I will tell my family & friends not to either.

The safe was amazingly friendly & accommodating. I have shared the resort info with family & friends. Will definitely be staying there again next time I am in Tahoe!!

A lovely complimentary breakfast. The Inn was so easily accessed from the freeway. Am definitely recommending to family & friends.

It was such a clean, quiet & cozy hotel. I feel so lucky to have come across your motel!! The caboose key ring was priceless!!

It was an amazingly clean facility!!! Best Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in.
