Description
Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is recently redecorated. Our home sleeps 7 and is only 400 steps to the uncrowded, white sandy beach. Our cottage has a huge porch, a new gas grill, and wi-fi enable flat screens for Netflix movies and tv shows. We are in a small, family-friendly community of 34 homes with an 80' swimming pool with a hot tub. We are on 30A - enjoy the 17 miles of walking/bike path, the wide array of restaurants, and the funky shops. Our cottage is 1.5 miles from Rosemary Beach and 6 miles from Seaside - close to the crowds in a quiet, private community. Saturday-Saturday rentals during peak seasons, snowbirds welcome.
