My husband and I had a pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly! Our room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable! We both slept very well.

Lethal fumes filled room 105 causing my husband and I discomfort and coughing to breathe. Calling frantically to the front desk I was assured that no such gas spewing truck existed ten feet from my room which I could see from my window. On a second call, the young man at the desk sheepishly agreed that he smelled fumes and had gone outside to talk to the loud truckers. They said they would be finished soon. The level of toxic gas was incredible and we were offered to change rooms while our dog was sleeping and we were woken in pjs. No thanks. We want a refund and an apology for what must be illegal. Thanks. I am sure the other things at the hotel were great but I was happy to get out alive.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Walking distance to shopping and dining including dog-friendly outdoor dining spaces. Convenient to highway.

Not much in the way of grassy areas for dog, but a clean and quiet property. We did, unfortunately, book the hotel during Derby Week, and of course, management sought out every penny they could.

The location was excellent. Lots of grassy areas for dogs to take care of business. Had a ground floor room for easy exit. The Paddox Outdoor Shopping Center was a couple of minutes away which provided more space to not only exercise your dog but get your "Fitbit" steps in after a day of travel. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. We travel this route at least twice a year and will make it a regular stop.

Room and hotel was spacious, updated, and clean. Great location! We walked to shops and restaurants. Plus Tom Sawyer St Park was just 5 min away. Great for walking the dogs.

Great. I wish I could give it more than 5 bones. Super friendly staff, clean room (even smelled clean), great location. Nice areas surrounding the hotel to walk dog. Very safe neighborhood. Second time at Old School N.Y Pizza did not disappoint. (Dogs welcome on patio). Warm appetizers or light dinner provided and a very nice breakfast in the morning. Will definitely return next year.

This was our first time using BringFido and the first time visiting this hotel. The location was very clean. The room was very clean and I was very pleased with the location. Our only issue was they gave us a room that was directly across from the elevators. Which was convenient for finding a location, however it was definitely not the best location for having a pooch, because every time somebody got off the elevator, you guessed it, my dog was barking. Other than that. They were very accommodating to our baby. And I will definitely be using the hotel next time we travel.

I've stayed at this hotel with my dogs twice now, and both times have been unparalleled in terms of quality. I will be traveling with my dogs across the country a third time and am hoping to stay only in Drury's this time around!

This place was good, but if you are a swimmer make sure to ask if there pool reservations is full.
Stayed here for one day. Asked before reserving about pool was never told to reserve my pool time till i got there, by then all pool time was taken.
Management was a bit snappy telling me, we could swim the morning or leave 🤨
