Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

The Town of Prominence is 30A's newest vacation destination boasting resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (With grills!), bathhouses and a fitness center. A short walk across 30A, residents enjoy access to 'The Hub' which features restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! With seasonal shuttle service to the beautiful Deer Lake State Park and Gulf Lakes beach accesses, the Town of Prominence is sure to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family.
Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!
Wood-grain tile floors, granite counter-tops, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures are just a few of the features that will make 'Traditions' part of your family's go to vacation spot year after year! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel GE appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry.
Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. A beautiful oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that feature two sets of twin bunk beds and a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature granite counter-tops, Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities. All bedrooms hold personal televisions, no fighting over T.V. time on this vacation!
'Traditions' is one of the closest homes to the large, resort style pools in the Town of Prominence! Combined with shuttle service to the beach, walking distance to 'The Hub', and luxury finishes, this home is sure to become your favorite vacation tradition!
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offer a large resort style community pool over 5,000 sq ft! The pool is just a short walk east on York Lane with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!
The Prominence North Pool is also Seasonally Heated for the following months every year:

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Sunny Traditions on 30A at Prominence North. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Sunny Traditions on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
