Positives: Personnel were friendly, helpful, and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable. Fitness room was nice. Surrounding area very green and well suited for dog walking. Negatives: First floor room carpet was damp and very worn and room (and halls, hotel) badly need updating and maintenance, AC did not work and while a technician came instantly when we reported it and he fixed and tested it, it continued to struggle, never quite cooling the room or removing the moisture. Wish we'd been offered a new room.

We were assigned a first floor room with sliding glass doors onto the courtyard. This made it very convenient for taking the dog out. My dog is diabetic, we had a refrigerator in the room for storing his insulin. There are ample dog walking areas with nice landscaping that separates the property from the office park and highway. The hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it is a little pricey. There are plenty of food options available in the area as well as Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts.

I book the hotel room through BringFido about an hour before arriving. The room itself was excellent with a big clean comfortable bed. I had an excellent chicken sandwich at the bar which was worth going back for in the future.

Strict pet rules. e.g. you can’t leave your pet in the room unattended. Carpet for the room I was given was ripped up. Blood was on one of the comforters. For this to be the Sheraton, I was not impressed

It was ok, nothing unusual positive. On check in I had to read and sign 3 pages of assumption of liability concerns the hotel has for guests with dogs. I have never seen such a thing at any other place we have stayed with our dog. Also with a dog they put us at the very end of a long hallway. The good thing it was close to a grassy area out the back door of the hotel. The bad thing that back door would close and automatically lock and not be opened with the room key.

Beautiful, clean rooms; all open to pets. Well-cared for grounds with a 30’x30’ wood chip pet relief area. My puppy was even offered a treat at the front desk! We will be back!

Currently no restaurant or bar. The room are a bit worn but there was plenty of area to walk the dogs.

Nice setting for this hotel. Quiet and comfortable. I liked the smooth check in without lectures and forms concerning my pet. Not all services were available due to COVID, Restaurant & Club for example. I did not need those but imagine others would. You would need a car to go anywhere from this property. Room felt very comfortable and is only just starting to show it's age. Heat and ac worked well. Internet was good. Most rooms are going to be fairly far from a door so not as convenient for taking the pet out. My smaller pet was easy to manage, but keep in mind the doors to the exterior are not close for most of the rooms. It is set up as a conference hotel.

Check-in staff wasn’t even aware that we had made the reservation through your site. No dog beds or bowls provided form pets as suggested on site. However, once informed gave us a room near a back entrance.

The hotel did a great job keeping people the 6 ft apart and had a place for the dog to walk. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and the room was quiet. Loved all the dogs!!

Stayed from Monday to Friday. We were supposed to get a letter about how they were handling COVID. They said that 2 times, but we never got the letter. The room was adequate. Carpet was definitely not clean. Room is definitely aging. We have stayed in nicer Comfort Inns. Told us to put dirty towels and garbage in front of our room and they would collect them, but 8 hours later they had not. And, other guests started throwing their trash in front of our room! We had to call to front desk for supplies And it took 20-60 minutes for a response. Ate in the common area which didn’t seem clean (tables and chairs). Ice machine on 1st floor was broken. No special services for pets, but they are allowed. Totally overpriced.

The Hotel staff were fabulous and made our stay so easy with a late arrival. They set us up on the end of the hall close to a outside door to take the pups in and out! Great place for us and our fur babies!

This place is amazing! I wish I can rate it with more bones!
I live in NYC but my boyfriend and I decided to go away for the 4th of July with our pup! And it was the best decision, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and they gave my pup and really comfy bed and a set of bowls. She loved it. The pool was also super clean and it was just an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.
