Second Stay Was Better
Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference CenterI was passing through Oklahoma City and gave them another chance. It was much better. Our room was not next to the pool. It was nice, clean and had easy access to pet relief area. Ice machines still not working, but I would stay here again. 3.5 Bones. Thank you BringFido for working with the hotel to refund my money for the double charge from the first stay.

Endless Dunes, a Modern MotelNice, clean, comfortable rooms. Big pet relief area. Very close to Cape Cod National Seashore visitor center.

Great Stay
La Quinta by Wyndham MorgantownSmall, but easy to access pet relief area. Room was super comfortable and clean. It is a 25-minute drive to New River Gorge National Park, but lots of great food options.

DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington VermontBeautiful hotel, friendly staff, and great location. We did have to use the entrance for employees to reach our room, so that was a little weird. Otherwise a great stay.

Good Stay
Port Inn and Suites Portsmouth Ascend Hotel CollectionComfortable rooms, great morning breakfast, and a nice pet relief area. We had an issue with our TV, but not the end of the world. The room was not dirty, but it needed a little extra cleaning. It was fine for a one night stopover.

Wonderful
Belle Isle MotelWe spent three nights here and it was wonderful. Friendly staff, great pet area, wonderful location, and very clean rooms. This is a family owned hotel, so not fancy, but the room was so comfortable and perfect for our stay while visiting Acadia.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Summersville / New River National ParkWe enjoyed two comfortable nights here. Lots of great food choices nearby. It is a 25-minute drive to the National Park, but we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location
Inn at Cemetery HillLoved the location of this inn. It was right in the middle of everything, so you can park your car and walk. I also liked the location of the pet friendly rooms, on the bottom floor.

Spoiled Pup
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley ForgeWe felt super spoiled staying in the very spacious room. Great on-site dining and lots of space to take the dog for a walk. It is also super close to Valley Forge. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location
La Quinta by Wyndham Niagara FallsGreat location to get on and off the highway to get to Niagara Falls. We had a lovely third floor room right next to the stairs that was clean. They had a long strip of grass between the building and a fence for dog relief. We enjoyed our two nights here.

Smart Hotel
Town House LodgeThis is a wonderful property, and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 bones is because the no contact check-in was a hassle for me, who is less technologically inclined. Codes for your room come in an email, which I didn’t know until I got there and had to call because there was no office. The lady was super nice, and walked me through it. I didn’t like having to enter a key code to enter my room, and I could not get the app to work to use my phone as the key. The room and grounds are lovely, and it’s in a great location. Plenty of places to walk with the dog. I would stay here again.

Archtastic!
Drury Plaza Hotel St Louis at the ArchWe loved our stay. Staff was super friendly, great location, comfortable super clean room, and amazing views of the Gateway Arch from our room. Parking was so easy, and the elevator went from the garage to the floor my room was on. I wish I could give them more bones.

Dirty
The Hotel at Dayton AirportThe room was so dirty! The sheets had stains all over them, like they hadn’t been changed. There was trash left around the trash can from previous guests, and the room smelled awful. The worst Best Western Plus I’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing!
Bavarian Inn Black HillsThis was the perfect place to stay with my dog as we explored the Black Hills. Very dog friendly, clean, and comfortable. They have a wonderful nature walking loop on the property, perfect for dogs. The bed was super comfortable and the on-site cafe had a delicious breakfast. It’s also the perfect central location to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Wind Cave National Park, and the Needles Highway. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not Very Dog Friendly
Comfort Inn DickinsonThis place was a problem even before I checked in. With one person working the desk, and multiple people checking in it took forever. My room was on the opposite side of the property from the pet relief area. The pet relief area was unsafe and unusable. The grass was higher than my dog (a golden retriever) and filled with trash. Parking was also a problem, the lot is setup so no one can park to see their car from their room. The room itself was an ordinary room, plenty comfortable for an evening. Just not very dog friendly.

Unsafe
Extended Stay America Select Suites - Colorado SpringsZero Bones. This property was unsafe. I actually walked in, looked at the room and left. People were yelling and screaming at each other in the hallways, pot could be smelled throughout the building even though it is supposed to be smoke free, and the lady who checked me me warned me about break-ins to cars in the parking lot. They also did not have towels ready for my room, when I checked in at 6 pm and did not know when I would get them. It just seemed like a bad situation all around, so I left. I would not stay here!

Stay Here! It’s Amazing!
Best Western Plus Raton HotelIncredibly friendly staff, an entire section of the building devoted to people staying with dogs, an awesome pet relief area, and dog treats when we checked in. Our room was also super comfortable and incredibly clean. We loved our stay here!

A Great Walking Trail
Comanche Lookout ParkA great place to take your dog on a leashed walk. The majority of paths are paved with tree cover. Several different routes to choose from, all with lots of picnic tables and benches. The lookout over the city is beautiful. Lots of parking, but this trail is well used. Pathways will be hot in the afternoon on a warm day. We saw lots of butterflies and birds on our walk.
