      Pretty good

      The good: Lots of space around the hotel to let the pup do his thing. Great breakfast selection. Hot shower. Spacious, quiet, clean. Beds were OK. Easy access to I-35. Not so good: The microwave surface was sticky (not cleaned). Also, we were on the 7th floor, which is fine, but only one of the 2 elevators worked and there were gobs of people in town for a wrestling tournament. The dog fee isn't cheap ($50).

      A little expensive but worth it

      A very nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Great, friendly staff. Lots of space for dog to walk. Pet fee higher than most, but you definitely get more for your money here.

      Clean and spacious and great customer service

      No problems whatsoever with this hotel. Great customer service, east traveling with our dog, great breakfast, good place to walk the dog across the street to the back. Extremely pleased with our stay.

      Great location

      Very pretty, upscale hotel in an upscale shopping area in a newer part of West Des Moines. The room was lovely. The service was very good!
