Nice, comfortable hotel
Hyatt House Oak BrookHotel was really nice, clean, dog friendly, but a bit on the expensive end. A costly dog fee. But close to big cities, I guess this was to be expected. Still, a nice stop for one night. Good eating close by.

Nice stay
Hampton Inn ClarionThe room was clean, however, I found a tissue in my bed from either the previous occupant or the housekeeping staff; it was a bit disgusting. Other than the one incident, all else was okay. They do charge a higher than most pet fee, which I thought was a bit too much. But, when you travel with fido, sometimes you just have to growl and bear it.

A little expensive but worth it
Drury Inn & Suites West Des MoinesA very nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Great, friendly staff. Lots of space for dog to walk. Pet fee higher than most, but you definitely get more for your money here.

Okay place for one night
Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Island I-80Rooms are a bit worn and beds are way too soft/springy. We had ants in the room. Conveniently located off highway and lots of room for dog to do his business. No laundry facilities. Reasonable price for a so so stay.

Convenient
Best Western Plus Overland InnThis is distinctively a pet-friendly hotel. Room was at the back near plenty of grass and walking area. The pet fee is higher than most, but for a convenient, clean, pet-friendly one night stop, not a bad choice.

Not worth it
Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAXFirst room was dirty. Second room bathroom sink was broken. Only one elevator was working, waiting with the dog was horrible. And the $75 pet fee is outrageous. Find another place.

A great place and well priced
Comfort Inn & Suites Beaver - Interstate 15 NorthVery clean room. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Dog had room to run. Close to highway made it a great choice.

Very dog-friendly place
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Amarillo I-40 West TXThe staff was very welcoming and friendly with the dog (big shepherd). Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right off the highway, so it was easy to get to.
