We brought our 2 small dogs with us for a 2 night stay in Springfield. The hotel itself is not a particularly nice hotel. Our room was clean, but not in great working order. The exhaust fan was extremely loud, the temperature was nearly impossible to regulate, and the Breakfast consisted only of fruit loops (no milk), eggs, sausage, a few muffins, decaf coffee, and cream cheese. The staff, however, was fantastic! They worked with us to give us a quiet room away from most other guests and even chose not to charge us the pet fee. If you're looking for a fancy hotel, I would not recommend this one. If you're looking for people who will do everything they can to accommodate you and your pets, this is a great choice!

The hotel was more than happy to welcome our pup and there's a nice green area right next door to run around; however, the hotel and rooms are subpar at best. We had two rooms for the family, and both bathrooms weren't clean at arrival, there was trash in the bins, one bed didn't have a comforter or blanket, one room didn't have a full compliment of pillows, there was a odd smell throughout the hotel, and the "breakfast" was not well attended (e.g., out of coffee) to name a few concerns. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.
