    The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

    Friendly staff but bad smell

    Rooms are very comfortable and we had a good stay with our 2 dogs. Only complaint is that the hotel elevator and hallways had a really bad odor.

    Nice Hotel

    Hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. I saw no other dogs while we were there the one night. Only draw backs were the hall ways to the rooms had a weird stinky smell, and thankfully the rooms didn’t. Also only one elevator was working at the time of our stay. There was a note on the elevator apologizing for it not working, so not sure how long it was going to be out of commission. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with their animals.

    Noisy place!

    I asked the desk clerk for a luggage cart but she blew me off. The A/C was as loud as freight train and the limited cable channels did not work. I wouldn’t recommend staying.

    Great Location, Service

    Easy location right off the expressway. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our late check in. Room was nice. Breakfast in the morning easy to grab and go.

    Very dog friendly

    A very clean, newly renovated (or is it brand new?) hotel! The remote was in a sealed bag. Great breakfast and coffee bar.

    Good all around

    Easy access from I-465 (although, stay away during rush hour). Nice room and good areas for the dog to sniff.

    Great Location

    This Holiday Inn Express was very close to the interstate highway where we were traveling. It was a quick check-in and they were very helpful. It was great to be able to have pizza delivered right to our room as we were too tired to go out.

    Do not recommend!

    Unfortunately our experience was pretty bad. The carpet was wet underneath the AC unit and everything in the room was damp. The bathroom had mold around the shower. The area the hotel is in is not great and we had to drive 10 minutes to find someplace to eat. We also heard traffic noise all night long. And, they left a billing statement under our door which wasn’t even our statement. After asking the front desk staff about the statement, and waiting quite awhile for a manager to come out, they finally explained the statement was BringFido’s payment to the hotel, not MY payment (the amount didn’t match what I paid). Why they gave me the statement I have no idea as all it did was cause confusion. The only plus was for some reason they did not charge me the pet fee.
