Nice Hotel

Hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. I saw no other dogs while we were there the one night. Only draw backs were the hall ways to the rooms had a weird stinky smell, and thankfully the rooms didn’t. Also only one elevator was working at the time of our stay. There was a note on the elevator apologizing for it not working, so not sure how long it was going to be out of commission. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with their animals.

Horrible stay

Bad experience. Reservations for a non smoking room. Walk in the room to smell an ash tray smell. Got in room late so husband said we aren’t here that long don’t worry. We were staying 2 nights but gone all day. Pull out couch was gross. Daughter opened it to find yellow stain on mattress pad. Went downstairs to ask for new sheets and was told they didn’t have any other pillows but got us sheets and a blanket. They were out, umm ok. So got blankets and she took a pillow from our bed.

First night was exhausted from traveling and not many used side door by our room. Well Saturday night came and it was loud in the hallways, literally every 2 minutes you could hear the door to the stairs SLAM closed. We were located on the end of 2nd floor across from laundry room. Worst room ever!!! I wanted to duck tape the door so it wouldn’t slam. Got the receipt for the stay shoved under the door and attached was a page for the rating saying they hoped we had a 10 stay and let them know if you weren’t satisfied. Well guess what, the email is being sent tomorrow. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
