    Great hotel

Very nice and clean! Extra bonus that you couldn’t hear much from the hallways, which was great for my pup.

    Newly renovated & friendly

The hotel was very updated and welcoming when we arrived. There is a convenient area to walk your pet on the side of the hotel. Bring doggie bags because the outside bag dispenser was empty! There’s a convenient pizza shop next store and the hotel gives you a 10% coupon at check-in.

    Horrible experience!

Do not book a pet friendly room at the hotel! Floor was the fake wood type. Housekeeping had coated it with a greasy product that would not dry and floor was so filthy that we had to throw out our dog’s bed which was soaked with the greasy coating and our socks. Could not walk on the floor without shoes on. Front desk clerk was no help, brought a mop and some Windex and basically respread the filth. I wiped up the floor with a bathmat and towel which no doubt had to be thrown away they were so filthy. Don’t stay here, there are better options. We will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again after what was the worst experience at a hotel in my lifetime!

    Under construction

Hired construction people to stay there. 2nd night people in next room came in & played loud music at 11:30 & partied. Manager came down 3 times... they finally left room. I was compensated with extra points. Just was not happy knowing next day was Thanksgiving & needed to go travel to help family set up.

    Update Needed

Nice people behind the desk. Hotel needs some major updates. A "bit" run down.

    Passable

Strong chemical smell in room. More expensive and no discernible reason. Little dog walking area. Would not stay again.

    Great location

The hotel is about 30 seconds off the highway, and is next to a corn field, so it's nice and quiet. There's a pizza place attached to it for an easy meal. Our room was clean, and a good size. No complaints.

    Comfort Inn Greencastle, PA

We had a wonderful stay with our two pups for two nights. The grass was right outside our door and the rooms were quite spacious. There was a faint smell of poop when we got there but it faded. The only complaint I had was the AC took at least one day to get to the desired temp. Something was wrong with it.

    Accommodating, safe, clean

I was pleased with my stay at the comfort inn in Greencastle. It was very easy checkin(I did book through bringfido) I had my 2 dogs with me. It was quiet, clean, easy to get around, and safe. The bed and bedding were super clean and comfortable. I will stay here again in the future. Oh! Forgot the best part, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel and you can walk right into it and take out food.burgers, pizza, italian dishes, subs etc.

    Clean near interstate

Nice and clean but very little food delivery choices, gas station nearby and everything else closed due to Covid

    Nice Staff: Quiet Location

I enjoyed me stay here, despite the same old "pet room" routine with a faint urine smell covered by disinfectant. (Why with pet-friendly rooms, can't these hotels use vinyl flooring? It isn't bad to look at and much more practical for pet rooms!) The staff are friendly and helpful and the location, while it may not have a dedicated walking area does have options for walking the dog around the street and greenspaces surrounding the hotel (e.g. cornfield).

    Good location

This is a nice budget hotel that is right off of I-81 on the Pa / Md border. The hotel was accommodating for dog owners.

    Great stay!

My puppy and I had a great stay! Staff were very friendly and concerned that we have a good experience. There’s a good size area to exercise dogs that was much cleaner than many such areas I’ve seen! All in all, we had a good night’s rest, a good breakfast, and would certainly stay again.

    Good place

The only thing that I would say that stopped me from giving 5 bones was the room had odor of either pet urine chemicals to cover the urine smell. It was not overpowering but still there.

    Great place!

The location, friendly staff, nearby park, attached restaurant, excellent free breakfast, and comfy room with fridge were all just perfect for us and our two pups. We will definitely stay here again on our way back!

Nice, CLEAN hotel with easy access to highway and attached restaurant.

One of the nicer hotels at which I have stayed with the dogs. Nice, clean rooms. Interior hallways. Attached pizza restaurant that also serves offers full breakfast menu if you are hungry for more than the included continental breakfast.

Good choice for overnight with my best friend

The Comfort Inn was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not a resort hotel but provided a much needed clean safe overnight stay for my 80lb boy and I, en route to NYC. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

    Great staff, good location

Recently stayed there during a cross country move. Plenty of space for our Golden Retriever. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Only downside is that smokers tossed cig butts on ground near outside pet area. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a dog friendly hotel. BringFido made the reservation process easy.
