Devils Lake State Park Campground Pet Policy Pets are permitted in the campground, and most trails, roads, and outlying areas of the parks. They must be on an eight foot leash at all times, and are not allowed in buildings, picnic area, beaches, or playgrounds. No pets are allowed on the ski trails when they are snow covered. Baraboo Hills Campground Pet Policy Dogs are allowed at Baraboo Hills Campground, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. For insurance reasons, they cannot accept breeds having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs and to humans. These breeds are Dobermans, Chows, Pit bulls, Rottweiler?s, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids or crossbreeds thereof. There is a two pet limit per site. One included in site free. The second pet is subject to a $10/stay fee. Visitors are not permitted to bring pets. All pets should have proper papers and/or tags of vaccination. Pets should never be left unattended including inside your RV. Pets creating a disturbance or being a nuisance will not be tolerated. All pet droppings are the responsibility of the pet owner. Not picking up after your pet is a reason to be asked to leave the campground. No pets are allowed in the Store, Cabins, and Restrooms, Swimming areas or playgrounds according to the State Health Department. Children under the age of 10 will not be allowed to walk pets unsupervised in the campground. Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
